• The Application Form is divided into sections.
• Follow the instructions in each section until the Form is completed.
• You can start or continue the process and complete it at any time by using the “Save Application” button.

Step Two

Submit Application

• Once the form is complete, review the information and submit the form.
• At this stage, no further changes can be made to the Application Form.

Step Three

Track Application

Use the unique Confirmation Code provided after submitting the form in STEP TWO to track the status of your Application Form. You will also be notified via Email message of each update as the application is being processed.
